Following certificates are to be enclosed to the scholarship application

1.       Xerox copy of the allotment order of the concerned CET convener.

2.       Xerox copy of the cast certificate issued by mee seva.

3.       Latest income certificate issued by mee seva.

4.       Xerox copy of the aadhaar cards of student, father and mother.

5.       Xerox copy of the ration card.

6.       Xerox copy of the first page of the bank pass book.

7.       Xerox copy of the s.s.c mark list

8.       Xerox copy of the inter mark list.

9.       Xerox copy of the previous year mark memos.

10.   Xerox copy of the last 7 year study certificates.

11.   Xerox copy of the transfer certificate.

12.   Bonafide certificate(*obtain empty bonafide certificate from the coordinating department office.)
